Too many contracts... Too little time?

Contracts are an everyday occurrence and for any business an unavoidable consequence of doing business and operating in the modern... business world. Supply contracts, maintenance contracts, employment contracts, rental contracts, to name but a few, come flying in thick and fast with businesses generally closing their eyes to them and managing these contracts by exception - when the pawpaw hits the fan, the contract is pulled out and looked at! But how risky is this ‘pragmatic’ approach and how can one start to reduce these risks and put in place an effective contract management framework?
