Annaschka Human

Annaschka mainly practises as a conveyancer and manages the firm’s Hartbeespoort office. She provides a wide range of property related services in the firm’s Property and Conveyancing departments, but especially enjoys the intricacies and challenges of township establishment and opening of sectional title registers.

After spending time at a conveyancing firm based in Johannesburg, Annaschka joined Langenhoven Pistorius Attorneys in 2011.

Annaschka has impressive knowledge of township establishment and managing projects for townships including how to obtain funding and keeping control of the developments. Her much-needed niche in the management of complex projects motivates her to be consistent in her work performance at all times. It is especially important to her to be able to give advice and assistance based on her clients’ specific needs, and believes that no client should feel like they are just another number in an anonymous machine.

Annaschka, married to another director at the firm, Johann Pistorius, enjoys spending time with friends and family. Where possible, she also tries to catch a stage play or live music show, enjoying the energy of performing artists.
